Pigs Eatin' Ribs is an award winning smokehouse style on site vending and catering service. We specialize in whole hog, ribs, chicken, brisket, and pulled pork. We use the freshest meats, finest spices, and highest quality ingredients.
Pigs Eatin' Ribs smokes slow and low on a custom built mobile cooker using 100% apple wood. Serving graduation parties, wedding receptions, wedding rehearsal dinners, corporate events, backyard picnics, anniversary and birthday parties, summer picnics. We also have the capability to vend at any event large or small and can customize a menu around any taste or specifications of the client.

I spent much of my childhood in the kitchen with my grandma. After high school, I attended Schoolcraft College where I excelled as a student and went on to win an ACF national student championship.
After school, I trained under Master Chef Garrett Scanlan, honing my skills for 6 years. Moving to Charleston South Carolina, I worked as a private Chef cooking for some of the biggest names in Charleston. I was also the Executive Chef of the best Italian restaurant in Charleston. I know the ins and outs of the food industry, my reputation and reliability makes me the best option for any event.
